Heated knee massager
So although I have had this that long . And only used it maybe a dozen times . It does seem to help my knee pain. It's handy that you can change the temperature and vibration whenever you want . Next is trying to use it on my shoulder with the extension strap.

Using for growing pains
I got this to try on my daughter, she sometimes suffers with growing pains, and it starts in her knees. This is quite a large massarger wrap, and covers the whole knee, it comes with extra straps should you need it. The pack also includes a charger to charge it. It's really simple to use, the electronic pack is self-explanitory, on/off button - you hold for 3 seconds, then there are heat and vibration settings either side. The heat is concentrated just under the electronic pack underneath, but it covers a large enough area that the whole knee feels the warmth. The vibrations go through the whole knee as well - and leg. It's really effective. With any knee pain - or growing pains - or anything like that I would recommend this, heat and massage working together is what the body needs. We were told for growing pains to massage the area and use heat - so this is perfect. £32.99 is a good price for this as well, you only get one so if you have pains in both knees you'd have to switch it over.

A must for bad knees!
For me, this has been phenomenal! I've suffered for years after a fall with my knee. I've been told by my GP it will probably never heal properly so every few months, if I press on my knee, I have a really bad burning sensation. Using a knee support helped recovery in around 3 or 4 days but, this has sped up the recovery in half the time. It's so good in my mind, that I've encouraged two friends to purchase this item.

Fantastic device
Absolutely brilliant. I have severely damaged knees. Even the strongest pain killers arnt enough. Bought this & honestly...its brilliant. My knees need to be kept warm & this device does the trick perfectly. And the massage part really helps too. I just bought another for my other knee. Battery life is brilliant too. Im so pleased.

Purchased for my father who is 82 years old and has dodgy knees and occasionally uses a walking stick. After using this in particular with the various heat settings he states that he certainly noticed a difference with his knees, has knee has improved and is less reliant on the walking stick for support. Have also purchased for other elderly family members - they are not running but certainly seen improvements or at least gained relief.

This has been a game changer for knees
This has been a game changer for my knees. I use it on each knee, for 30 minutes each on the highest massage and the lowest heat setting. If I don't use it, I get pains in my knees without fail. It is a simple thing to use and charge. My wife is using too, so a great purchase.
