I've had issues with my patellar tendons for the longest time. I have purchased every kind of knee pain pads and wraps. Finally found what I've been looking for. Hi A friend with knee pain suggested these to me. I’ve been having hip pain and it’s affecting my knee on that leg. I had hip replacement on my other leg 3 yrs ago. That knee hurt too until I had the surgery. I was wearing a knee support daily and it was doing nothing for my knee pain. I was so excited when I tried this because my pain is almost gone now. These straps work so well! I get knee pain when I hike or run uphill. These straps are fully adjustable and provide great support. I’ve used them for skiing and downhill hiking as well. They get a bit sweaty but are far superior to sleeve style braces which slide down. I’ve recommended them to lots of people.
